🚣Rock your hips forward and backward at stoplights or at the gas station.🚙 🚈
Press your hands into your steering wheel, sit up straight and pull your shoulder blades together. (A)
Then round you back, stretch forward with both arms and spread your shoulder blades apart. (B)
You should even add some rotation to these movements.
